Boston BuildHERS is a WBE Certified Subcontractor looking to work under medium to large sized GCs on commercial projects, primarily Multi-Family Affordable Housing. 

We manage our talented tradespeople to provide high quality work while meeting WBE requirements.

Scope of HVAC Services

To support successful project delivery, Boston BuildHERS provides:

Estimating Services - We use Bluebeam and AI to review contract docs and provide early, technology-driven insights that optimize costs, enhance quality, and improve overall project outcomes. We find opportunities for value engineering and make recommendations to the project team.

Compliance Assurance - We manage drawings, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, record documents, and warranties to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce project risk, and maintain the highest standards of quality throughout construction.

Efficient Project Delivery - By coordinating timely procurement, managing lead times, and aligning schedules (using Microsoft project) with general contractors. 

HVAC Equipment Procurement - We provide equipment procurement using our trusted supply partners. We also offer VE options on equipment where we see opportunities to help reduce project costs while maintaining quality. 

Workforce and Safety Oversight - 

We prioritize safety and accountability to ensure every project is executed efficiently and to the highest standards:

1. • OSHA certified team members, supported by an extensive safety packet, with weekly toolbox talks and regular site visits to reinforce best practices.

MEP/Architectural Coordination - We provide in-house MEP and architectural coordination to streamline integration across disciplines. By proposing solutions early, we ensure seamless, conflict-free construction, improve trade collaboration, and maintain high-quality project delivery.

• On our projects, we use Bluebeam, Revit, and Navisworks BIM to detect conflicts with sprinkler heads and HVAC wall units.
